ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

HOW TO REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CANCELLATION?

To request for an order cancellation please email us with (1)  the order # , (2) product name, (3) original proof of purchase receipt and (4)  reason of cancellation at customercare@sabrangee.com.

Our customer care agent will get in contact with you. You can also call  us on +92 304 4518660 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 8:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time). Further, to proceed with the case, your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ORDER CANCELLATION

Ready to ship orders: Any order belonging to ready to ship category, regardless of it payment status as Bank Deposit/Credit card, will not be cancelled after order shipped out from the sabrangee warehouse.

Unpaid COD Order: If it’s an unpaid COD order and the customer asks for the cancellation of the order, the order will be cancelled without any questions.

Paid orders: Can be cancelled withing 48 hours of order confirmation with detailed reason for cancellation. The refund will be given within 10-15  business days if further purchase not made by customer.

Paid Made to order: If cancellation is requested for paid made-to-order after 48 hours of order confirmation, SABRANGEE holds the right to charge 25% of the order value as cost of labor, production and resources payable to partner brands. If you wish to file for cancellation of your order, once the order has completed the production phase or is in the final phases of production and/or is received in our warehouse, SABRANGEE will deduct 65% of order amount as cost of production, labor, and resources.

Order Delay by Brand: In the event of delay in delivery from the designers other brands end and the customer has been pre-informed of the delay by the SABRANGEE team either through Whatsapp, email or SABRANGEE’s /designer’s social media channels then the customer has the option to inform and get their order cancelled within 48 hours or change the article as per their own choice.

NON-ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ORDER CANCELLATION

SABRANGEE holds the right to charge cancellation fees if cancellations are reported after 48 hours.

In case you want to cancel your Customized/made-to-order outfit out of serious and genuine circumstances after this time period since your purchase then SABRANGEE holds the right to deduct 50% of total purchase as a fee for cost of purchases, production, labor, and machinery paid to designer and partner brands.

SABRANGEE holds the right to charge 15-20% fee of the total amount of the article in case ‘change of mind’ is given as reason for cancellation for a made to order outfit.

In case bank deposit is chosen as an option for payment, then the customer needs to clear the pending balance amount within 7 business days or else their order will be automatically cancelled.

Once the order is “Received at SABRANGEE Warehouse” and 60% of the amount is paid by the customer against their order, SABRANGEE will call the customer and notify them to clear their balance payment within 72 hours of time. If a customer fails to pay the balance amount within the above given time frame, SABRANGEE has the right to hold his inventory for a particular time. After that SABRANGEE holds the right to cancel the order and ship once the balance amount received from customer.

Product pictures in case of made to order products are only shared with the customer for quality assurance purposes and SABRANGEE will only cater to alterations requested by the customer at this point. The customer can’t cancel the order at this point or ask for a refund or replacement since this is a custom made product and is already made or in production.

SABRANGEE always notify customers via email in case there is a change in delivery date from the brand’s/designer’s/vendor’s end. SABRANGEE holds no responsibility with production capacity/speed of brand’s/designer’s/vendor’s, therefore once email is sent as notification to client, request for cancellation can be requested within 48 hours of email notification receiving or through any of our social media channels.

REFUND PROCEDURE - ALL INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

In case you want to claim a refund from SABRANGEE, kindly follow below given steps :

Submit a request and a detailed reason/complaint/issue for requesting for a Refund claim.

Once the refund request is received, our customer support team will carefully review it and respond within 48 hours.

If the refund is approved, you will receive a refund within 10-12 working days from the date of the approval of the refund.

In case of rejection, our customer support team will reach out to you with a detailed explanation.

REFUND CRITERIA:

Incorrect Size: If the size delivered is different than ordered or measurements are not according to the size chart displayed on website expect the designing and model pic measurements.

Item does not match description or Picture: If the product delivered is different in design, color, work technique, fabric etc

Incorrect Order: Different product or variant gets delivered

Quality Issues: Quality defects in the product leading to wearability concerns.

Items Missing: Product delivered with pieces missing. Only applicable if the product is not wearable.

Product Damaged: Broken, eroded, faded, stained product delivered.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

Yes! As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an order confirmation with further details and a link to online tracking. Please note that it may take a few days before the shipment details are available online.

Yes, we are also happy to deliver to the following countries. Please note that there may be different shipping costs and delivery times.

Of course, just drop by our store and bring your order confirmation, invoice, or delivery note with you, either printed out or as a PDF. You also have 30 days to do this after receiving your order.

Our shipping team makes every effort to process all orders conscientiously and reliably. However, if something went wrong with your order of all things, we ask for your forgiveness and forbearance. HOW TO FILE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To return or exchange a product please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt at customercare@sabrangee.com  and our customer care agent will get in contact with you.

You can call us on +92 304 4518660 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time). Further, to proceed with the case, your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns of any order are entertained only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase. To return any item follow below given steps:

Gather your items & take the picture of those items as proof to share with our customer care team.

Locate your receipt that is sent to you via email and contains the original order number. Order Confirmations & Receipts are automatically generated by our system and sent out to the email ID provided by the customer once the customer checks out and completes the order purchase process on our website.

Initiate a request for return at SABRANGEE’s website by providing your order details that match with your name, email address, and phone number with your reason for return and proof of your claim for return such as pictures, videos, etc.

Customer care team will look into your request, and will contact you if it finds your request genuine and eligible for return.

Reship it back to us by any courier services if the customer support team agrees with your case at your own shipping cost.

After reviewing the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or store credit of less or equal value with a validity date of the credit.

In case a return application is approved, it will only be for the price of the article(s), and will not cover the shipping and/or stitching cost.

In case your claim for return is rejected by customer care, you’ll be notified within 5 business days.

NOTE:

We are only responsible for returns once it reaches our warehouse.

Please note returns are catered only if returned products are sent through courier services.

All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, SABRANGEE will follow the policy of repair following replacement and finally store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A RETURN

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, a refund note against return will be issued.

Incorrect product has been delivered.

The product received is incomplete.

NON-ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A RETURN

Return if the item is “No longer needed” or “Changed my mind” or “no technical reason but just want to cancel the order” or “you do not like the product after opening the package’* any other reasons listed apart from the ones listed in ‘Eligibility’.

Any *Made to order* or *Customized orders* can not be returned and refunded. All ‘Made to orders’ /Customized orders are shown to the customers before dispatching/shipping out the orders. This is done to ensure that customers get what they ordered. Only after the quality check and approval from the customers, products are shipped to them.

Any orders where a customer has been given a special discount as a favor can’t be returned.

SABRANGEE does not cater returns reported after the first 48 hours of delivery.

If a product is returned to SABRANGEE Warehouse in an inadequate condition or if the product is tempered, damaged or the care instructions have been violated, we reserve the right to  refuse to issue the refund.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

At SABRANGEE, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

SABRANGEE urges you to file for exchange of product if reported within 48 hours of order confirmation/ delivery. To file an application for exchange kindly follow below given steps :

Share the link of the outfit that you want to exchange your previous outfit with our customer care team.

Confirm your exchange by providing desired size guidelines or customizations.

You will receive exchange confirmation within the next 24 to 48 hours.

NON-ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AN EXCHANGE

SABRANGEE holds the right to not amend/ edit orders after 48 hours of purchase confirmation.

Items ordered on sale are not entertained for exchange or return.

PLEASE NOTE

SABRANGEE will not cater exchange for any product that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been dried or damaged in the dryer.

SABRANGEE is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing and ironing.
